1. Introduction

BitOrbs is a crypto investment platform that utilizes AI trading bots to generate profits for users. By signing up and using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved in cryptocurrency trading.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our services.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally allowed to engage in cryptocurrency investments in your country.

We do not provide services to users in jurisdictions where crypto trading is restricted.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (email, password, and authentication methods).

Any unauthorized access due to negligence will not be BitOrbs’ responsibility.

4. Investment Plans & Profits

Users can subscribe to one of our investment plans and earn daily profits based on their deposit.

Profits are credited to the Profit Wallet every 24 hours.

The bot does not trade on Sundays, as this is a system cooldown and maintenance period.

5. Deposit Policy

Users can deposit funds through supported cryptocurrency payment gateways.

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to the account.

BitOrbs does not support fiat currency deposits (bank transfers, PayPal, etc.).

6. Two-Wallet System

Balance Wallet: Holds your deposited funds.

Profit Wallet: Stores daily profits earned from AI trading.

Users can withdraw from the Profit Wallet according to withdrawal policies.

7. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed in USDT (TRC-20).

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.

Withdrawals are processed within 1–60 minutes, but high transaction volumes may cause delays.

A 5% withdrawal fee applies to cover operational costs.

BitOrbs reserves the right to adjust withdrawal fees based on market conditions.

8. Referral System

Users can earn passive income through our five-level referral system:

Level 1: 8% commission

Level 2: 4% commission

Level 3: 2% commission

Level 4: 1% commission

Level 5: 0.5% commission

Users must abide by ethical marketing practices and avoid misleading promotions.

9. Risks & Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile. BitOrbs does not guarantee profits.

Users acknowledge that investing involves risk of loss and agree not to hold BitOrbs liable for any financial losses.

The platform reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate operations due to unforeseen circumstances (market crashes, regulatory changes, hacking incidents, etc.).

10. Fraud & Security Measures

Users engaging in fraudulent activities (multiple accounts, fake referrals, hacking attempts) will have their accounts permanently banned.

BitOrbs employs advanced security protocols to protect user funds but is not responsible for losses caused by external attacks or negligence.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

BitOrbs may suspend or terminate an account if:

The user violates any terms of service.

The account is flagged for fraudulent activity.

The user attempts to abuse the referral system.

12. Changes to Terms

BitOrbs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform announcements.
